1. Scope of Nutritional Consulting
Vitality Swiss provides evidence-based dietary guidance. Our methodology, the Bio-Individual Protocol, integrates metabolic research with individual physiological data. By accessing our services at vitalityswiss.ch, you acknowledge that our consultations are supportive and preventive. They do not constitute a medical diagnosis or a replacement for treatment by a primary care physician.
2. Consultation & Cancellation
To maintain clinical standards in our practice, the following boundaries apply to all Metabolic Foundation Intakes and Performance Architecture sessions:
- 01/ Appointments must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a full session fee.
- 02/ Digital intake forms must be completed 24 hours prior to the session to facilitate the Präzisions-Analyse.
- 03/ Online consultations require a stable internet connection and a private environment to ensure data confidentiality.
3. Intellectual Property
All customized dietary frameworks, nutritional conflict resolution guides, and metabolic tracking templates provided by Vitality Swiss remain the intellectual property of the practice. Content is for personal use only and may not be reproduced or sold without explicit written consent from Vitality Swiss, based in Zurich/Bern.
